Terms of service

The service. We restore headlights and taillights at your location. We need lawful access to the vehicle and about six feet of room around the lenses. Some problems cannot be fixed by restoration: cracked lenses, moisture inside the housing, and internal damage. If we find them, we tell you before any work begins.

The guarantee. Perfectly Clear or It's Free. When we finish, if your restored lenses are not perfectly clear, you owe nothing. Our response promise is separate: Call or text anytime, 24/7. We answer in under 5 minutes or your restoration is free.

The warranty. Full Restoration comes with a 3 year warranty against hazing or yellowing of the restored surface. Crystal Clear for Life adds a yearly inspection and touch up for as long as you own the vehicle. The warranty covers our work. It does not cover new physical damage, like rock chips, cracks, or a collision. Coverage ends if the vehicle is sold; the warranty does not transfer to a new owner.

Payment and scheduling. Payment is due when the job is done. If weather delays us, we reschedule to the next open window at no charge. Questions about these terms: team@stpetersburgheadlightrestoration.com.
